You should always consult your doctor when you are preparing to start a new meal plan or way of eating. You should also keep your specific body type, goals, and current way of eating in mind when choosing a plan! For example, if you are someone who currently eats fast food for most meals and has a lot of baked goods, candies, chips, and unhealthy snacks, simply cutting out the obvious junk and replacing it with whole, natural food choices could make the difference between seeing your abs or not! However, if you are someone who already eats a mostly healthy diet, and there is nothing too obvious to cut out from your meal plan, you might need to take a closer look at some sneaky hidden sugars that you are consuming without knowing it, or maybe even a food sensitivity that if bloating your stomach.
