I also show you guys where I pick up the ingredients that I love to use for my daily pre workout! I can’t get enough of this drink, because not only is it super yummy, but it also gives me good hydration with a boost of energy that will last me through a hard workout!

You can make this pre workout right at home, and stick it in your gym bag for energy on the go! This is the best pre workout for women, men, athletes, newbies, and anyone who wants to go hard in the gym and make gains the natural way!
Another delicious think you’ll see in my cart is my favorite ready-made gluten free organic oat meal! I love this brand and flavor, because it only contains 6 grams of sugar (I said 7 on the video, but it’s really 6!), 7 grams of protein, 5 grams of dietary fiber, 3 grams of total fat, 198 calories, and 34 grams of good, complex carbs! Those are some good macros, especially if you need some carbs to fuel a workout later! The other great thing about these oats is that they are flavored, portable, and everything else you love about regular quick oats, but this brand uses certified organic, gluten free, rolled oats! That means that the oats are not the quick oats that are absorbed into your bloodstream quickly, making them a high glycemic index. Instead, they are the low glycemic, old fashioned, rolled oats that will be absorbed slowly into your bloodstream, giving you lasting energy! These are definitely my favorite breakfast for on-the-go!
