If you’ve incurred damage from a recent storm, let us make the claim process easier for you. First, let us come out and see if you have enough damage to warrant filing a claim. If we think you need to file a claim, at that time you will call your insurance company. The insurance company will then have an adjuster come out and take a look at your house and determine the damage. They will look at your roof, gutters and downspouts, windows, window screens, fence, sheds, etc. They don’t miss much and will look for everything that could have been damaged in the storm from hail or high winds. Once the adjuster finishes looking everything over, they will provide you with a scope of work. They might give this to you on the spot or it might take a few days up to a week before you get anything back. This depends on whether or not the adjuster is from your insurance company, or if your insurance company has hired an independent adjuster.
