I don't know about you, but I am an over packer, not to mention I start packing for a trip way ahead of time too. However, all of this is made much more simple when you have those go-to travel essentials you already know you will take. You know what I mean, those can't live without 'em must-haves you take everywhere with you. In my video today, I decided to share my top beauty travel essentials. To start off my video, I mention my favorite makeup removing wipes which are Philosophy's Purity Made Simple Wipes. I have very sensitive eyes, so finding a good product that doesn't irritate my eyes is very important to me. The next product I mention is my favorite moisturizer of all time, Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. I have oily skin, so I am partial the gel version, but their lotion (for normal to dry skin is apparently great too). I have mentioned this product in videos past, though, so I will spare you from the rave about it. Dry Shampoo is a major must-have for me when it comes to traveling, no one wants greasy hair when they are out and about. My favorite dry shampoo is from Batiste, it's affordable, works well and smells nice. Following the dry shampoo I mention my go-to for travel perfume, Daisy by Marc Jacobs, it has such a beautiful floral scent without smelling too childish.
Travel makeup
Travel makeup is some of my favorite, I enjoy buying the tiny sizes partially because they are adorable, partially because they are a great way to try out new products without committing to the full-size. The first makeup item I mention is Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, truth be told, the name isn't my favorite, but the mascara and the wand are too good not to mention. Seriously, go out and try it if you haven't already. Alright, speaking of products who have names that aren't my favorites brings me to my favorite travel blush and bronzer duo, it's the Orgasm/Laguna Duo from Nars. Again, as much as I am not a fan of the name, the product is just amazing.
As far as eyeliner goes, Urban Decay takes it for my favorite with the Naked Basics 24/7 Glide-On Double-Ended Eye Pencil. I normally don't really like double ended products because one ends up being better than the other and I feel like I wasted half my money, however, I really enjoy both of the colors in the pencil I mention. One is a very dark brown and the other is a beautiful champagne color, so you are able to create a multitude of looks with the one pencil. The last product I mention is unique because normally I try out products for a while before I mention them, but I had to make an exception for this last item. It is the Rosè Tinted Lip Treatment by Fresh. The product has a beautiful sheer red that adds just enough color without being too overpowering and it so hydrating. I am thinking I will need to try out more of the colors from this collection. I hope you found all of these little items (get it? they really are little because they are travel size!) helpful. They are all available at either Sephora or Ulta. I thank you so much for watching my video and I hope to see you in my next one!
