Scripture is the best source for lyrics for praising God. He encourages us to sing to and with each other for comfort for encouragement and for our own good. God is fighting our battles as we praise Him in song.
Choose music that is crafted for children. Songs that run eleven minutes and up, might not be the best choice for your KidMin. Choose songs that are easy for a child to vocalize. An artist with an amazing vocal range is wonderful to listen to, but not so easy to singalong to. Songs that are performed by children will encourage a child to singalong, more easily than songs sung by adults.
It’s good to sing some of the songs that the adults sing also. Mixed in with only for kids songs that are fun and meaningful. This is your chance to instill in your children some wonderful lyrics for them to recall in days to come.
Sometimes a song is so good that you want to record it in two different versions. This is a Scripture Song and a motions song. This version does not have the motions, and sometimes that is the right choice for your group and for your church and for the gathering.
Sometimes you need that virtual worship leader to help your children to move, in a good way.
This on screen leader will show your children the moves and when to move. This is not cheer leader camp, but simple, yet meaningful, movement that will help your children to hear and remember the lyrics.
