Kurtis Parks singalong music videos are now available at God's Kids Worship. Kurtis Parks is the Worship Director at National Community Church. He's taken epic Bible memory verses, paired them with epic Bible stories, and put them into song!

Kurtis is a well known professional artist who has performed on the same state with artists such as Joh Mayer, Howie Day, Rachel Lampa, Gungor, Robbie Seay Band, Sanctus Real, Reliant K, Ben Folds, and the White Tie Affair. 

On the personal side, Kurtis is married, lives in the DC area. Sarah and Kurtis have two children, Norah and Moses.

Kurtis new book SoundCheck is soon to be released. This is a book on authentic worship. His passion is to charge and inspire worship leaders to live an authentic life on stage as well as off stage. Like many good worship leaders, Kurtis travels to perform, including recently at the National Worship Leader Conference.

Kid's Worship Songs

Starting at the tender age of 13, Kurtis has written over 1200 songs of every type. He is actively producing projects also, having completed over 30 projects in the last 4 years. Music is a gift that is understood by Kurtis and music is an excellent tool to impact this world for good. Kurtis was a finalist on the 4th season of American Idol. He has been on TV also on the Fox Morning Show and BET's Bobby Jpnes Gospel Hour.

Kurtis' song "Forever Changed" was written for the Virginia Tech community after the 2007 tragedy, and it was featured on NBC News and  on CNN. Kurtis' song "Everything That You Are" was recognized as a VH1 finalist for song of the year. His fellow worship leader Joel Buckner cowrote the song "Burn It All Down" and it was on Billboard's Hot Gospel top 20. Kurtis was a featured worship leader and writer on one of Soundscan's number 1 hit recordings "ONE a Worship Collective." 

Kurtis' worship choruses and songs are currently being sung around the world in many church settings. His singalong song videos would be a good addition to your Kids Ministry.

It's a fun Christmas song that opens our hearts to the absolutely true meaning of Christmas. It shows why we celebrate Christmas with gifts. It's a story of the travels of Joseph and Mary and the birthday celebration of Jesus, who was born on Christmas day. It is based on the scripture verse Luke 2:11 - “For unto you is born this day, in the city of David a savior, Christ the Lord!”
