Our Savior was born in Bethlehem. The Christmas carol about Bethlehem may be one of our favorites. We currently have two versions of this song that tells about the foretold birth in the town of Bethlehem. God knew what He was going to do. The prophets told us what was going to happen. It is still a wonderful and awesome event.
A warm, kid-friendly arrangement of the well-known traditional Christmas song. Arranged by Bob Singleton. Favorite line is, “The hopes and fears of all the years are met in thee tonight.” This version is all kids vocals all the time. It’s a great way to encourage your children to sing along, when they hear other children singing along.
A new, touching production of the well-known traditional Christmas carol. Great new words & melody to make the song personal. To hep kids realize that this event is real. This is great for all ages - intergenerational worship. Good for sing-along worship or performance. “What a curious place for a king, Such a humble town to hear the angels sing,” New words & music by Bob Singleton. Original words by Phillips Brooks, original music by Lewis Redner
It’s not just for Christmas, but it’s great for Christmas. Encourage your children to know that Christmas changes our entire year, not just December. Written by Bob Singleton.
Chorus
Run to Jesus, kneel by his side
Run to Jesus, your heart open wide
Go quickly, see God's love come down
Run to Jesus now.
Another intergenerational song from Here I Am Worship Band. It incorporated new words and music to our well known and well loved traditional Silent Night. Featuring Gina Cooper and the Bob Singleton Kids Chorus. Written by Bob Singleton and Martha Bolton.
Verse 1
On a night, long ago
Changed the world, this I know
Tiny child, born a king
As the stars, and angels sing
Dark-lit stable, humble start
Emmanuel, to rule our heart
Mary, Joseph, this foretold
Tiny king, blessed to hold
Christmas time is a wonderful time of year. Carols to sing. Lights to show our rejoicing. Wonderful truths to teach to the next generation. Truly the best time of the year.
