Now on God’s Kids Worship!

Uncle Charlie started by touring both across the U.S. and overseas starting in 1997 through 2012 and leading concerts for kids worship in summer camps and children's retreats. He went to Uganda, East Africa to minister to the 1,000 orphan children cared for by the Watoto Childcare Ministries. This is the source of his much loved stage name of Uncle Charlie.

Uncle Charlie knows kids and he know worship, and he can put them together into a successful video for children. He did start out as a youth minister and spent many years serving as a worship leader. Hence, he has walked the walk and can relate to the children.

Let's get to know this creator of children's praise and worship songs:

Uncle Charlie retired from touring in 2012, but he is active in kids worship ministry still. He offers a variety kids worship tools for childrens' ministry and  also family music CD's.  He is a leader in teaching kids of all ages. He is now sharing that experience with others and hopefully passing on his wisdom to kidmin workers all over the world. 

However, he still does not like snakes, supreme pizzas or waiting in line at the store.

He has been known as a basketball fan and his university major was P.E. Is it possible that his minor of Math and Law Enforcement assisted him in the children's church setting?  A good evening for him might be having a meal of lemon pepper chicken while watching Shrek, or ESPN. 

2 Chronicles 16:9 - "For the eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth, that He may strongly support those whose hearts are completely His." This is one of his favorite Bible verses.

UC's 15 years of experience on the road has made him one of the nation's leaders in relating to and reaching kids of all ages.  Charlie is now passing on that experience by making his songs and kids worship coaching available to children's ministries all over the world!
