We can all benefit from letting stress and tension go, allowing our bodies to breathe and function the way God intended. Take some time every day to let go of your worries and stresses. give yourself permission to stretch, breathe, and focus on the moment. I love to meditate on a favorite Bible verse while I stretch and breathe. Focus your mind, stay in the moment, and let it all go.
