Not all habits are bad habits. For most people, habits of one kind or another make up about 40% of our lives. A habit is a recurring pattern of behavior that often happens without much awareness or conscious intent, established by frequent repetition.

While all of us have good habits of some kind, most of us also have bad habits that we’d be better off breaking! There are at least 4 areas we can apply some principles to our lives to help us eliminate the bad habits that take us off course:

  1. Honesty
  2. Accountability
  3. Environment
  4. Power
