It's an invasive species like Didymo. It causes anger, and bitterness, and resentment, and it takes you away from the life that Christ wants you to have. He's saying, get rid of the unforgiveness, it's like a poison in your heart. And if you are struggling with forgiving today, do I need to show you another picture of Didymo? Could it be that Jesus is making this hard saying, and making this statement because he wants to bless you? Could it be that forgiveness is not about just letting that person go, it's about setting your own heart free? Could it be that Jesus is making this hard saying to bless you, not just for eternity, but to bless you right now? We have to choose forgiveness.

Lowering the risk of heart attack, improving cholesterol levels and sleep, reducing pain, blood pressure and levels of anxiety, depression, and stress.
