There are too many instances in our lives where we allow ourselves to get discouraged in any given situation. A lot of times we get so caught up in seeing only the negative going on in our lives that we forget how simple it is to be thankful for the positive. Although I have Tourette's syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety and more, I still do my best to find joy out of the simple things in life each and every day. Being joyful is a choice -- we are all blessed each and every day in different ways whether we choose to see it or not. I quote myself in this video, "Don't be defined by the obstacles you've been given; be defined as the person who overcame them."
