The fact states, many of us spend hours sitting on the computer and hunched over our phones and tablets. Those constant patterns can cause neck and shoulder strain or pain. Learning to move in ways that realign our posture releases that tension and promotes more correct movement patterns. The following seated Yoga sequence will help you ease your neck and shoulder pain. Its meant for everyone and anytime, whether you are at home, school or your office etc. Do this sequence daily and feel better in no time. Then keep it up at least 1-2 times per week. Keep your breathing in and out through your nose, steady, filling up your lungs as you inhale and completely empty the lungs out as you exhale. Breathing is key in all Yoga.
