Working too many hours, grinding too many reps at the gym, or just cannot fall asleep like usually, then your body needs to come down, relax and yoga hast the answers. It happens. We give it our all and we burn out. I have been sensing mine coming on and with my type A personality I had to learn, its time to chill. I try and pay attention to those signs.When burnout happens I tend to find some rest, get in touch with nature, my breath and body. I have tried several things over the years to fight weariness and am always looking for those things that might turn the burnout around. When I realized, that Restorative Yoga, and winding down just before bed with deep breathing and stretching is the key, I was sold on it myself.Come and practice along with me and feel refreshed and ready for a good night sleep.
