DBC Patient:Absolutely! I found ways, I’m a member at lifetime fitness. Even though i’m not doing the DBC BACK PAIN RELIEFMachine right now, I have found ways to do similar exercises to keep my core muscles strong because i’ve realized how important that is. And i think that a lot of people out there, that are probably like me, wouldn’t have had the surgery when they most likely didn’t need to.If they had the time and the motivation like I did to use the machines religiously. I think I did sets of six or three months, or, I am forgetting the exact amount of time, but I went through the program two times. And there was never any lack of motivation on my part, especially when i first saw how it was affecting my overall quality of life. There were times where i would be sore afterwards, but theres no question that during the whole process it was really doing the job or helping the spine to do it’s job.
